In celebration of National Chocolate Day, we list down some delectable cocoa treats from Ayala Malls.

There are few things greater in life than chocolate. Dark, milk, or mixed with fruit, nut, or even liqueur, chocolate has a flavor for any and every taste.

For this year’s National Chocolate Day, which falls on Oct. 28, we’ve come up with a list of the various and delicious ways you can enjoy chocolate at Ayala Malls. Not only are there different flavors, but different forms as well. Get your sweet tooth ready!

Royce's Nama Chocolates

Visit Royce at Greenbelt and TriNoma.

Royce’s signature Nama Chocolates (P630 per box) are made with a concoction of chocolate and fresh cream, which makes for a rich, velvety bite. They come in a variety of flavors, some infused with liquors like brandy, ranging from their signature au lait to Ghana bitter, matcha, and even champagne.

Cafe Perene’s Premium Dark Chocolate Cake

Visit Cafe Perene at Ayala Malls Feliz.

Cafe Perene’s delectable cakes have become the favorite of celebs like Christine Reyes, Max Collins, and Carmina Villaroel — for good reason. Their Premium Dark Chocolate Cake is covered in chocolate ganache, while the inside is a rich, moist dark chocolate cake filled with chocolate filling. It sounds like a lot, but Cafe Penere assures us it’s not too sweet.

Coscao’s vegan chocolate

Visit Healthy Options at Alabang Town Center, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ayala Malls Vertis North, Bonifacio High Street, Glorietta, Greenbelt, TriNoma, U.P. Town Center, Abreeza, Ayala Center Cebu, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Ayala Malls Solenad, and Centrio Mall.

This one’s for all the vegans out there. Coscao’s chocolate bars (from P220) are all locally made, and support local farmers. They offer a wide variety of flavors, too, including Dark Chocolate (with 70% cocoa), Coconut Milk Chocolate with Himalayan Salt (43% cocoa) and Dark Chocolate with Chili (70% cocoa).

Lartizan’s Dark Chocochip Cookies

Visit Lartizan at Ayala Malls The 30th and Serendra.

Apart from its delectable fine dining, Lartizan also runs a bakery with equally scrumptious baked goods. A must try is their Dark Chocochip Cookies (P95 per piece) that’s perfect as a dessert or a midday snack with a hot cup of black coffee to complement its rich chocolate flavor.

Macao Imperial Tea’s Tiramisu Deluxe

Visit Macao Imperial Tea at Ayala Malls Circuit, Ayala Malls Cloverleaf, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Ayala Malls Marikina, Ayala Malls The 30th, Ayala Malls Vertis North, Fairview Terraces, Market! Market!, TriNoma, U.P. Town Center, Abreeza, Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Ayala Malls Central Bloc, Ayala Malls Solenad, Centrio Mall, Harbor Point, MarQuee Mall, and Pavilion Mall.

If you’re craving for something cold, Macao Imperial Tea has you covered with its Tiramisu Deluxe (from P165). Unlike its usual milk tea offerings, the Tiramisu Deluxe is made with Ghirardelli Chocolate and topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top. Perfect for cooling off during a hot day.
